Accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, current, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. samurai76 is not liable for any service disruptions, delayed withdrawals, or account issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
The platform is intended for use by players in jurisdictions where online gaming activity is not prohibited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the samurai76 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. Players in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or transact on the platform.
By registering, you confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP), and that funds deposited into your account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify samurai76's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. samurai76 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance, bonus, or entitlement within your account to any third party. Violations of this clause may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) may be classified as dormant. samurai76 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee or to close dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, with prior notice provided to the registered email address where possible.
samurai76 accepts deposits through a range of Malaysian-localised payment channels, including but not limited to: GrabPay, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC). All fiat deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for most Malaysian e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposit minimums are denominated in fiat equivalent and are subject to prevailing exchange rates at the time of the transaction.
All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the Player's own name. samurai76 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment source not matching the account holder's verified identity may be voided and returned, net of applicable processing fees.
Deposits made via e-walets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, Boost) and DuitNow/FPX are typically credited to the Player's account within seconds to five minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to the respective blockchain's confirmation requirements.
To request a withdrawal, a Player's account must be fully KYC-verified. Any active bonus rollover requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited without a bonus attached are withdrawable at any time, subject to verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency withdrawal minimums are set in fiat-equivalent and displayed at the time of the request.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by account VIP tier. Players should refer to their Account Settings or contact support for their current applicable limits. samurai76 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple tranches.
samurai76 applies anti-money-laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, up to the deposited amount. Excess winings may be withdrawn to any verified method linked to the account.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by samurai76 are subject to specific wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions, validity periods, and maximum cash-out caps. These conditions are stated on each individual promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise specified, samurai76 welcome bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of X15 — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered fifteen (15) times before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus requires RM 1,500 in qualifying wagers.
Slot games typically contribute 100% of wagers toward rollover requirements. Live dealer games, table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), and sports betting wagers typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.
While any bonus funds remain active in a Player's account, the maximum permissible bet per spin, hand, or round is RM 250, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific promotion. Bets exceeding this threshold during active bonus play may result in void of the bonus and associated winnings.
Unclaimed bonuses expire after the period stated on the promotion, typically 7 days from the date of issue. Once claimed, rollover must be completed within 30 days, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from the account.
samurai76 reserves the right to withold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, arbitrage wagering, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotions without genuine gaming intent.
Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings is MYR 2,880 per qualifying deposit bonus. This cap does not apply to real-money funds.
All games available on the samurai76 platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. samurai76 does not manipulate outcomes and has no ability to influence results.

Where reconstruction is not possible, affected wagers may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. samurai76 is not liable for disruptions caused by the Player's own internet connection, device, or third-party software.
samurai76 reserves the right to void any wager placed at clearly erroneous odds, on a mis-priced market, or as a result of a manifest display or pricing error. Any winings derived from obvious errors are not payable.

Violations of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referal to relevant law enforcement authorities.
KYC verification is mandatory for all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. samurai76 may also require KYC verification at account registration, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any time where there is reasonable cause to verify a Player's identity in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
KYC submissions are reviewed by samurai76's compliance team within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Players will be notified via email or in-platform notification once verification is complete or if additional documents are required.
samurai76 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access, freeze account funds, and in cases of confirmed fraudulent documents, permanently close the account and refer the matter to relevant authorities, if a Player fails to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.

These rights are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent of samurai76.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, samurai76 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, gaming losses, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
samurai76's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
samurai76 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and accepts no liability for interruptions to service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, acts of God, or regulatory intervention.
A Player may close their samurai76 account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.
samurai76 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required for compliance, legal, or regulatory reasons.
Upon termination, all bonus balances and promotional entitlements are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with samurai76's compliance and AML procedures, which may include a hold pending investigation.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which samurai76 holds its operating licence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the Player's home jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact samurai76's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under samurai76's operating licence.
samurai76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, samurai76 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the registered address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with the revised Terms, they should cease using the platform and request account closure.
